• High School Transcript
• Official SAT or ACT score if available 
• CSEC/CAPE Scores

• College Acceptance or proof of enrollment must be addressed to the applicant and submitted with the application. 
• Three reference letters must be included with your application. 

This portion of the application should highlight contributions made in your community. Your response can be manually or electronically submitted with your application. 

A 250-short essay is required with your application and can be submitted in the form of attachment OR a two minute video

Upload a head shot of yourself along with your application. Please also provide proof of citizenship by way of a passport or birth certificate. 

All applications and supporting documentation must be submitted by August 1st, 2025. Failure to comply with application deadline and requirements may result in disqualification.
